Quartzstone Description

Quartztone is a composite material made of crushed stone bound together by an adhesive, (most commonly Polymer, Resin with some newer versions using cement mix). Its made from approximately 93% of natural raw materials. Crushed selected quartz siliceous sand, and for some product lines from added crushed mirrors blended and bound with high performance polyester resin and color pigments.

In the production, a blend of aggregate filters and blinders is compressed using a patended vaccum-vibration process that makes Quartzstone reach a very high density with mechanical & physical characteristics exceeding high quality natural stone.
